Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days through reliable courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time depends on destination and local service conditions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Damage During Transit

• All products are securely packed to prevent damage.
• If your item arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
• Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for compensation.
• Minor cosmetic flaws that do not impact usage are not covered under damage claims.

Returns & Replacements

• Due to hygiene and personalization, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Replacements will be arranged subject to stock availability and at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or personalized products—especially perfumes, soaps, and limited-edition decor—are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale items and festival specials are final sale.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Courier charges are refundable only in cases of confirmed error on our part.
• Claims made without appropriate proof (images, order ID) will not be processed.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
